Welcome to the crew, agent. This document outlines the rules of engagement for all physical goods acquired through the Daily99 platform—whether you've secured them in a purchase or won them in a heist.
Shipping Policy: Securing Your Loot
Our mission is to get your hard-earned loot to your designated drop zone (your address) as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Shipping for Purchased Items (₹99 Products)
- Processing: Once your order is confirmed and your entry for the 9:22 PM heist is locked in, our team immediately begins prepping your package for the getaway.
- Dispatch & Delivery: Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. You can expect your loot to arrive at your doorstep within 5-7 business days from the date of order placement.
- Tracking Your Order: You can monitor the status of your mission at any time. Simply navigate to your "Agent Profile" and tap on "Loot History" (your Order History) to view the real-time tracking information for your package.
- Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Shipping for Won Items (Prizes)
- Claiming Your Prize: Congratulations on a successful heist! If you win a physical product from the Daily Draw, Daily Lucky Spin, or Consolation Spin, you must claim it. You will be guided via a "Claim My Prize" button in a celebratory modal.
- The "Zero Checkout" Flow: Claiming your prize will initiate a simplified checkout process. You will be asked to confirm your delivery address, but the order total will be ₹0. No payment is required.
- Delivery: Once claimed, your prize will be shipped to you under the same terms as a purchased item. You can track its status in your "Loot History."
